The location allows easy access to important sites. The prayer room is spacious. There are many lifts available. The reception area is grand.
The toilet was very tight. The bathroom seemed very dim. The carpet looked old. The toilet door was right next to the toilet.

convenient location helpful staff
I found the location quite convenient for accessing Masjid al-Haram. The walk was about 10 minutes. The staff members were always ready to help with anything I needed (even late at night).
The carpet in my room seemed old and stained, it would be great if they could replace it soon.

Ahmed Hira was so cooperative. I thanks him. I found the hotel provide soap and fresh towels. The rooms are clean. Yasir, Tarique, SaidurRahman, and Ashraf were helpful.
The hotel corridors has a strong smell. The shower head is old. I saw worn towels.

I ate at the on-site restaurant. I noticed the dining area was clean. The breakfast buffet included hot and cold selections. I found the coffee machine easy to use.

mixed feelings about this stay
small bathroom missing kettle
The bathroom was quite small. Entering the shower cabin proved difficult it was quite worn. the room lacked a kettle for hot drinks and a telephone for contacting reception. i requested a kettle from the receptionist. He said he would send one but nothing arrived. honestly i won't repeat this experience

Adequate Stay Near the Haram
helpful personnel excellent service room service broken sockets dirty floor dusty drawers
The hotel's personnel were very helpful. Sagor Ahmed and Ridwan provided excellent room service . They were accessible outside their planned hours.
Some plug sockets in the room were broken. The floor needed vacuuming as it was dirty. There was also dust on some of the drawers.
